Refund Policy (No Results Clause)

 

At our company, we are committed to delivering high-quality lead generation services. Due to the nature of digital marketing and lead acquisition, results may vary based on market conditions, targeting criteria, competition, and client responsiveness.

 

We do not guarantee specific sales or revenue outcomes. However, if the agreed lead volume is not delivered within the defined campaign period, we offer either:

•A proportional refund for undelivered leads, or

•Additional replacement leads at no extra cost

 

All refund or replacement requests must be submitted within 7 days of campaign completion. Refund eligibility is subject to compliance with agreed campaign terms, targeting criteria, approval timelines, and payment schedules.

 

In case of any dispute, contradiction, or legal matter arising from our services, the matter shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India.
